GrayHair Launches eCommerce site


GrayHair announces the launch of its self-service eCommerce site and campaign - Compliance Meets Convenience. This eCommerce site enables businesses to utilize GrayHair's extensive tools and experience in compliance, marketing, high-value communications and consulting scaled to a much smaller market size.

The site, www.grayhaircommerce.com, is segmented into the various verticals that GrayHair has supported for close to 20 years. The site is built primarily as a DIY/subscription model, so it's easy to navigate and customer-centric to quickly help a business as a one-time resource or to act as a company's ongoing data and marketing operations.

"We have been helping some of the largest financial institutions with their high-value communications and compliance challenges for years. We know that all financial and insurance companies, regardless of size, must meet a variety of regulations. This is our way of bringing our experience to the next level of the marketplace that may be challenged with resources or access to marketing services," said Mark Hollingsworth, eCommerce Product Manager at GrayHair. "The services are competitively priced and being subscription based enables our smaller customers to build a substantial portfolio of marketing and data services."

The product group is based on GrayHair's SelectSolutions® platform, its core SaaS (News - Alert) offering, and partner relationships with some of the best in the digital marketing space. GrayHair is working with Stirista, a San Antonio digital media firm that broadens GrayHair's direct marketing services with online campaigns and the ability to build customer profiles using over 400 demographic points. This enables GrayHair's clients, for the first time, to connect the physical address with an email address and social accounts. "We are very excited to be able to offer our data linkage through GrayHair's new product offerings," said Laura Narpaul, Director of Marketing at Stirista. "Pairing our data and services with GrayHair's experience is going to ensure client success."

The online site also offers a number of data management products, including GrayHair's VerifyAQ™, an address validation system. It's an easy-to-integrate API and an effective way to mitigate data irregularities at data entry, cart checkout or in the call center.

The site will also feature GrayHair's newest service line CAP (Compliance Assistance Program). Using GrayHair's core competencies in tracking and address data management, the CAP product and service line supports compliance, provides total visibility into campaigns and communications, in addition to other significant services around data management.
