"This year's Partners Program class brought together a diverse group of senior leaders from industry and government who shared the goals of addressing complex workplace issues within the federal technology marketplace and gaining a better appreciation for the priorities and challenges that individuals face in their respective roles," said John Moses, 2016 Partners Program Government Chair.  "I have appreciated the willingness of these individuals to share their perspectives and the value they saw in what they could learn from one another."

"In addition to offering peer interactions, the Partners Program offers a unique opportunity for experiential learning through offsite workshops, training, and breakfast sessions on varied topics, presented by government and industry executives," said Brian Kendrick, 2016 Partners Program Industry Chair. "I'm proud to have collaborated with this outstanding class of information technology leaders over the course of this year's program."

The ACT-IAC Partners Program offers senior leaders a challenging nine-month curriculum to prepare them for promotion to the Senior Executive Service (SES) or C-level ranks within the next 3-5 years. This highly competitive leadership development program focuses on addressing complex workplace issues within the federal technology marketplace in an open and not-for-attribution environment, as well as creating true collaboration through a 1:1 rati of government to industry participants.
