Premier Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC) plans to report fiscal 2017 first-quarter financial results after the market closes on Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, followed by a conference call at 5 p.m. ET to discuss the results.

During the conference call, Premier's management will review the company's performance for the three months ended September 30, 2016.
