Powered by The Weather Network, the app provides users concise weather forecasts with three customizable colour themes to choose from - Fire, Earth and Rain. With a single touch, the Fire + Rain home screen puddles and frosts based on current conditions and the inventive tap and scroll design allows the user to switch easily between short and long term forecasts. The inspiration for the app came from a university co-op student with a vision of his very own dream weather app that provided essential weather information with a beautiful and engaging design. Through close teamwork across The Weather Network organization, the design came to life.
