He was one of the founding members of private telephony in India and was part of the group of individuals that founded Hutchison Max Telecom in 1994. Presently, he is associated with Analysys Mason as a senior adviser. Sandip has done his MBA from FMS, Delhi and holds mechanical engineering degree from NIT, Rourkela. He has completed Advanced Management Programme from Harvard Business School and has figured four times on the Global Telecom List of 100 most powerful People in Telecom since 2010.
