Pioneer Cellular Works with TNS to Establish LTE Roaming NetworkPioneer Cellular is significantly expanding its LTE (News - Alert) coverage and offering new 4G roaming opportunities to subscribers, thanks to a multi-faceted agreement with telecommunications specialist Transaction Network Services (TNS (News - Alert)).
