PrescribeWellness Finishes StarWellness ChallengePrescribeWellness, the cloud-based services company whose mission is to inspire collaboration for better health, announced the conclusion of their medication synchronization (med sync) challenge designed for their pharmacies using their technology powered med sync solution - StarWellness. The challenge initiated on April 4, 2016, and concluded on August 4, 2016. PrescribeWellness encouraged its pharmacy clients to enroll eligible patients in med sync services that align a patient's medications to one day every month. Med sync has proven to improve a patient's adherence to prescribed medications. Over the course of four months, the 500 participating pharmacies collectively enrolled over 33,000 patients across America. All three pharmacies were rewarded for their efforts and are leaders in providing patient care in their respective communities.
