SEATTLE, Aug. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Serum, a data-driven healthcare marketing agency, has named Robert Grammatica to lead the agency as executive vice president, managing director.

Grammatica brings a deep background devoted to developing and building new healthcare marketing capabilities, driving transformational thinking and leading teams to a track record of success.

Prior to joining Serum, Grammatica held dual roles at RAPP Worldwide as global chief healthcare officer and managing director of the flagship New York office. Under his leadership, healthcare became one of the largest verticals in their global network. He previously built successful multichannel healthcare marketing practices at Y&R Advertising, Wunderman NY and Chapman Direct Advertising. His experience spans health insurance, biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, care coordination and consumer healthcare.
