Industry veteran will lead client acquisition strategy in growing IT services industry

TORONTO, Aug. 23, 2016 /CNW/ - Coreio Inc., a leading IT services provider for enterprise-scale companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Long as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, effective August 8, 2016. Long will be responsible for developing and executing sales and strategies to build on Coreio's continuing growth and drive deeper engagement with existing and prospective clients. He will also have oversight of the marketing team.

Long joins Coreio with a strong background in senior account management and sales leadership, particularly in the financial services, government/healthcare and retail industries. Most ecently, he was the Sales VP with Yellow Pages Digital Media, where he led the sales teams in Central Canada through a critical transformation into a digital leader in the advertising industry. Long began his career with Bell Actimedia, where he progressed through a series of sales leadership roles, and then held positions at AT&T Canada (MTS AllStream), leading their sales organization through a period of tremendous change in the network services, security and communications sectors.
