IMPORTANT SHAREHOLDER ALERT: Khang & Khang LLP Announces Securities Class Action Lawsuit Against Orbital ATK, Inc. and Encourages Investors With Losses to Contact the Firm

Khang & Khang LLP (the "Firm") announces that a class action lawsuit was filed against Orbital ATK (News - Alert), Inc. ("Orbital" or the "Company") (NYSE: OA). Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired shares between June 1, 2015 and August 9, 2016 inclusive (the "Class Period"), are encouraged to contact the Firm prior to the October 11, 2016 lead plaintiff motion deadline.

If you purchased shares of Orbital during the Class Period, please contact Joon M. Khang, Esquire, of Khang & Khang LLP, 18101 Von Karman Avenue, 3rd Floor, Irvine, CA (News - Alert) 92612, by telephone: 949-419-3834, or by e-mail at [email protected].

There has been no class certification in this case. Until certification occurs, you are not represented by an attorney. You may choose to take no action and remin a passive class member.

The complaint alleges that Orbital made materially false and misleading statements, and/or failed to disclose: that Orbital lacked effective control over financial reporting; that the Company failed to record an anticipated loss on a $2.3 billion long-term contract with the U.S. Army after the loss became evident in 2015, as required by generally accepted accounting principles; and that as a result of the above, Orbital's public statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times. On August 10, 2016, the Company announced that it would miss its SEC (News - Alert) Form 10-Q filing deadline for the most recent quarter and that several previous financial statements are no longer reliable due to misstatements relating to the above-mentioned contract with the U.S. Army. When this news was disclosed, shares of Orbital dropped in value.
