L-3 Appoints Ann D. Davidson as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate SecretaryL-3 Communications (News - Alert) (NYSE:LLL) announced today that it has appointed Ann D. Earlier in her career, Ms. Davidson was an attorney advisor and a trial attorney for the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Navy. Ms. Davidson received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. She is an active member of the bar in Virginia and New York.
