Previously, as Vice Chairman of Broadcast Networks Europe, Peter was instrumental in obtaining a successful outcome for the terrestrial broadcast operators at WRC15. In addition, for more than 10 years Peter successfully represented the British telecommunications company, Arqiva, from a policy and regulatory perspective, both in the United Kingdom and in Europe.
