His background includes more than 27 years of experience providing investigative and security management for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Justice, including serving as the Acting Director and the Deputy Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Batchelor is a leading expert in physical, technical and operational security design and consulting and will shepherd the firm's continued physical and cyber security growth in the Chicago region. He will lead security design and consulting services for existing and new client projects including the new Milwaukee Bucks arena, multiple new tenant initiatives with architectural and commercial real estate partners, and other significant projects. Batchelor previously served as senior security consultant for Jensen Hughes (News - Alert) (formerly Sako and Associates) and is a certified Physical Security Professional through ASIS International, where he also serves as chairman of its Young Professionals Council.
