Amphenol Aerospace Released from D38999 Mil-Spec Stop ShipmentSIDNEY, N.Y., Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Amphenol Aerospace has been released from the "Stop Shipment" restriction imposed on all military specification MIL-DTL-38999 Series I, II, III connectors. Additional Mil-Spec connector series are being released from "Stop Shipment" as approved. Changes in industry standards emphasizing zero-defect component manufacturing and more rigorous change controls were major precursors to the restrictions put on Amphenol Aerospace.
