EASi Names Travis Smith as Chief Executive Officer

HUDSON, Ohio, July 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Electronic Auction Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Travis Smith as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Smith assumed the new role on June 1.

He currently serves as a Director on the board for Zumiez, and as a Director on the board for Pendleton Woolen Mills, a privately held American textile manufacturing company. Smith is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communication.
