Snow Phipps Group Acquires Winchester ElectronicsNEW YORK, July 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Snow Phipps Group ("Snow Phipps") announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Winchester Electronics Corporation ("Winchester" or the "Company") from Audax Private Equity ("Audax").
