Connex Telecommunications Inc. Announces the Acquisition of DependableIT Inc. (DIT)The ownership of Connex Telecommunications Inc. (Connex) has acquired Dependable IT Inc. (DIT). Connex is a Canadian national telecommunications provider to large and midsize enterprise customers. DIT, founded in 1997, provides technical support services to large enterprise customers including Service Providers (SPs). Located in the heart of Hamilton with a 250 Seat Call centre, the company provides multiple versatile forms of technical support, including outsourced technical and sales call centre support, computer networking services, remote diagnostics, and onsite desktop service. It has won numerous awards for quality of service and maintains all its infrastructure and employees in Canada. DIT employs over 150 technical resources with various credentials and manages over 1.2 million support calls per year and over 1 million chats. The acquisition will improve Connex's ability to design, integrate, implement, manage and support telecommunications solutions nationally.
