HomeMe Builds Powerhouse Sales Team with the Addition of Raj Chauhan as Chief Revenue Officer and Natalie Cariola as Vice President of Sales

HomeMe, the only app that pre-approves renters for an apartment on demand, announced recent additions to the company's executive team today with the appointment of Raj Chauhan as Chief Revenue Officer and Natalie Cariola as Vice President of Sales.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Chauhan will use his expertise to lead sales, business development, business account management and consumer customer service. As Vice President of Sales, Natalie Cariola will lead the charge in building the HomeMe sales team, guide HomeMe's national sales strategy and lead the company's market expansion plan.

Chauhan formerly founded some of the first online ad networks, Banner Brokers and ClickAgents. He then moved to advertising sales working for publishers such as Move Inc. and Yahoo! prior to joining the Rubicon Project pre-revenue. At Rubicon, Chauhan held multiple senior roles as Vice President of Business Development, Global Demand and North America. By his departure, the company had accelerated to a $200M annual revenue run rate.

Chauhan then moved to OpenX Technologies, where he held the position of General Manager of Publisher Business. During his tenure, Chauhan helped increase the company's 50 million ads per day into 1.2 billion ads per day in less than 2 years, quadrupling the sales team in the process. Chauhan thereafter held the position of President of North America and Europe for Australian based ad tech company, Adslot Technologies. From inception, Chauhan has als held a seat on the Board of Advisors for advertising software company, SteelHouse, who recently announced a $130MM revenue run rate for 2016.

"Being part of such a forward-thinking team with like-minded entrepreneurs at a tech startup who share the same vision is refreshing and exciting," said Chauhan. "Consumers demand convenience and automation in every aspect of their lives. HomeMe offers that for the archaic rental process and I'm looking forward to building a major, national brand."

Cariola began her extensive career within the rental real estate industry at Move, Inc. where she served as a Regional Sales Director. Cariola then continued her career at For Rent Media Solutions, where she held multiple positions as Regional Manager, General Manager and Director of Market Expansion over nine years. In her roles, Cariola effectively led the company effort to expand their digital footprint by launching new markets, built a national sales force and ensured profitability in each market. Cariola then went on to serve as a Senior Consultant specializing in sales, marketing and operations at New Standard Equities. Her last position prior to working at HomeMe was at Compass (News - Alert), a technology-driven real estate platform.

"With my extensive background in the rental real estate industry, and most recently at a technology driven platform, it was a natural progression for me to join the HomeMe team," said Cariola. "I believe that HomeMe's design to streamline the rental process with its pre-approval system will be the future of apartment renting and I look forward to applying my growth strategy and building a high performing sales team."
