In his new position, Gupta will oversee all aspects of the client experience including client acquisition, new program implementation, and overall relationship development and maintenance on top of retaining his duties in product development. Gupta joined HealthHelp in March 2014 and most recently served as chief strategy and products officer. He brings more than twenty years of experience in healthcare entrepreneurship and management and business and product strategy to his new role.
