Carousel Industries Announces Intent To Acquire Atrion, Inc.EXETER, R.I., June 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Carousel Industries, a leader in communication and network technologies, professional and managed services and cloud solutions, today announced its intent to acquire Atrion, Inc., a leading IT services firm specializing in security, productivity and collaboration, unified communications, networking, applications and integrations and data center solutions. Atrion will add its proven, customer-centric methodology to Carousel's deep and broad technology expertise and managed services offerings, helping the company to provide a deeper level of strategic value to existing and prospective clients. The transaction will create a combined entity of more than 1,300 professionals located nationwide.
