Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting North America, Small Firm Segment has been honored for the third consecutive year by BenchmarkPortal (News - Alert), a leading call-center consulting services group, as among the best medium-sized call centers in the United States and Canada in BenchmarkPortal's 2016 Top 100 Call Center Contest.

Recognized internationally as the premier competition measuring call-center quality, the Top 100 Call Center Contest captures performance metrics, including call-answer speed, calls per agent per hour, and caller satisfaction. This data is then evaluated against industry benchmarks and verified by call-center experts, with an emphasis on call quality and cost effectiveness.

BenchmarkPortal categorized the Small Firm Segment Customer Care team as a medium call center, as based on the nuber of team members.
