JMP Group Announces Addition of Don More to Investment Banking Division


JMP Group LLC (NYSE: JMP), an investment banking and alternative asset management firm, announced today that Don More has joined JMP Securities (News - Alert) as a managing director in its investment banking division. Based in the firm's New York office, Mr. More will lead JMP Securities' investment banking efforts in the cyber security sector.

Prior to joining JMP Securities, Mr. More was a managing director at advisory boutique Signal Hill, where he led the cyber security mergers and acquisitions and private financing practice. Mr. More was previously a managing director at Updata Capital concentrating on cyber security and Internet commerce. He began his Wall Street career at Merrill Lynch & Co. Mr. More holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law and a BA from Yale University.
