Axalent Launches Internet of Things Gateway Featuring Qualcomm Technologies' CSRmesh, With Comprehensive Solution Platform and Peripherals at CES Asia 2016Axalent today announced that they are launching a comprehensive Internet of Things (IoT) platform and product development solutions supporting CSRmesh™ connectivity, a product of Qualcomm (News - Alert) Technologies International, Ltd., a subsidiary of Qualcomm Incorporated. The platform targets smart lighting, smart home, smart appliances, and commercial and industrial automation applications. The solution includes a compact gateway supporting both Wi-Fi® and CSRmesh, utilizing QCA4531 Wi-Fi and CSR8811 Bluetooth® chipsets, with built-in connectivity to the Arrayent IoT Cloud, mobile app SDK, and various sensor development kits. As an option, via a USB dongle, the gateway can also support connectivity with ZigBee HA devices and allow interactions of both ZigBee and CSRmesh devices.
