Research and Markets has announced the addition of the "Connected Consumer Survey 2016: Mobile Services and Devices in the Middle East and North Africa " report to their offering.

This report presents selected data from the Connected Consumer Survey conducted in July and August 2015 in Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

This report focuses on the following issues that are critical to the strategy of mobile operators in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in 2016:

- the impact of 4G on mobile users' spend, data allowance and levels of satisfaction

- data usage levels of contract subscribers in MENA and the effects of various approaches to overage

- regional trends in handset acquisition channels and replacement cycles, and how operators can capitalize on these

- the role of handset choice in the purchasing decision formobile services.



SURVEY DATA COVERAGE

The research was conducted in July and August 2015. The survey groups in MENA were chosen to be representative of the mobile-Internet-using population in the region. We set quotas on age, gender and employment status to that effect. There were a minimum of 750 respondents per country, and 3750 respondents.
