Kellie Teal-Guess Joins CyrusOne as New Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer


Global colocation solutions provider CyrusOne (News - Alert) (NASDAQ:CONE) announced today the hiring of Kellie Teal-Guess as the company's new executive vice president and chief people officer. In this role, Teal-Guess has been appointed to oversee all areas of human resources and will be responsible for managing the company's most critical resources-its team of talented professionals.

Before taking the position at CyrusOne, Teal-Guess worked as senior vice president of global human resources at ProQuest LLC, an information technology company located in Ann Arbor, Mich. She was responsible for HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, global people strategy, and leading the charge for global vision, mission, and values. Teal-Guess also worked with Dell (News - Alert) Corporation for eight years as executive director of human resources, supporting more than 18,000 employees in its global services delivery group. She oversaw all core human resource operations as well as key initiatives including organizational effectiveness, acquisition integration, and talent development. Teal-Guess has also been employed by Foodmaker, Inc. and Six Flags Theme Parks, and holds MBA, MPA, and BA degrees from the University of Texas System.
