OnProcess Technology Closes 2015 with Strong Customer Traction, Expanded Global Footprint, as Demand for Post-Sales Supply Chain Services Accelerates

OnProcess Technology, a global pioneer in service supply chain management and optimization, today reported strong 2015 results, including double-digit (YoY) growth in broadband, technology and medical revenues, and a 57% percent increase in service fulfillment engagements.

The company attributes these results, as well as recognition as by influencers such as Gartner (News - Alert) Group, Everest Research and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, to its post-sale service supply chain expertise and unique use of technology-powered services and advanced analytics to drive cost savings, revenue gains and customer satisfaction improvements for clients.

"The post-sale supply chain is critical to business success, accounting for about 80% of profitability. However, because it's extremely complex, it's fraught with inefficiencies that cause companies to lose millions of dollars and valuable customer goodwill every year," said Mike Wooden, CEO of OnProcess Technology. "OnProcess helps dramatically reduce cost-to-serve and improve customer relations by providing unprecedented visibility across the entire post-sale supply chain and enabling targeted actions that influence outcomes. As our 2015 performance indicates, we're seeing strong traction from businesses across industries and in all aspects of post-sale operations. In addition, our strategic investments are enabling OnProcess to continue delivering innovations around technology, analytics and processes that will drive even greater value for clients in the coming year."

OnProcess 2015 Highlights

  • Business Growth
OnProcess realized double-digit YoY revenue growth in its broadband, technology and medical businesses, thanks to new customer acquisition and expanded engagements with existing clients. Notable new clients included Arista, Elekta, Olympusat, Pulse Secure, Quantum (News - Alert) and Unyson. The company's 57% increase in service fulfillment engagements resulted from heightened demand for dispatch and 'day of job' managed services by technology and broadband clients.

To support this growth, OnProcess expanded its global footprint with new facilities in Belfast, Maine and San Jose, Costa Rica, adding more than 300 people t its roster. OnProcess now serves clients out of six facilities, including delivery centers in India and Bulgaria, EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam and global headquarters in Massachusetts.

The company also strengthened its executive team with the addition of Mike Wooden as CEO, Mike Stann as EVP of Global Operations, and Oliver Lemanski in the new position of General Manager, EMEA, overseeing marquee international clients such as Cisco (News - Alert), HP, Philips and Westcon Group.

OPTvision is the industry's only real-time visibility and micro-analytics platform that uses predictive analytics, instant alerts and proactive actions to help clients keep a finger on the pulse of the entire post-sale supply chain, manage by exception and make daily decisions that deliver high-impact business outcomes.

Glassbeam Partnership: This new partnership, focused on integrating Glassbeam's machine data analysis solution with OnProcess' proprietary technology, will enable OnProcess to include Voice of Product in its analytics-fueled processes, further reducing clients' post-sale costs across inventory, technical support, logistics and field labor.
