Nexthink Achieves Over 50% Annual Growth – 9th Consecutive Quarter of Record Growth for the Company

Nexthink is leading new segment in ITOA – End-user IT Analytics Lausanne, Switzerland – Nexthink®, the pioneer of End-user IT Analytics, today announced over 50% annual growth for the second year in a row, and 157% in North America. This is the 9th consecutive quarter of record growth for the Company. Nexthink continues to lead End-user IT Analytics, and was recognized for “Innovation of the Year” by the ITAM Review.

“2015 has been the best year in the Company’s history. The response to Nexthink V6 from customers and reviewers has been fantastic, and we expect 2016 to be even better,” said Pedro Bados, CEO/President and Co-founder of Nexthink. “This year we will release a new innovation that will expand our analytics platform and truly revolutionize the way IT communicates with the business.” “The IT Operations Analytics (ITOA) market is estimated to grow from USD 2.17 Billion by 2015 to USD 9.79 Billion by 2020, at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 35.2% from 2015 to 2020.”* Significant wins include Advocate Health Care, Commerzbank, Magna International, the Ministry of Health UAE, and the city of The Hague. Nexthink ended the year with over 600 customers worldwide, representing more than 2.4 million end-user endpoints under management.

Nexthink achieved a 97% renewal rate and Net Promoter Score (NPS) rating of 41%. Nexthink V6, released in September, was awarded “Innovation of the Year” by the ITAM Review. This new release enables organizations to create more sophisticated custom analytics and visualizations for smarter data-driven decisions. Leveraging real-time end-user analytics, IT can deliver innovation for the business faster.

New in Nexthink V6: • A fully redesigned dashboard for smarter decisions; winner of ACM intelligent user interface award.

• New end-user view that displays all devices in a synoptic view for faster incident resolution.

• Progressive discovery that enables, with a single click, proactive incident and problem management.

• The ability to extend End-user IT Analytics to Windows Servers for more complete analysis of the end-user’s experience.

• HP ArcSight integration that correlates end-user and endpoint security analytics alerts with other security events to provide real-time contextual awareness for attack lifecycle and kill chain methodologies.

Customer Satisfaction. Nexthink achieved a 97% renewal rate, and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) rating of 41%. The NPS is based on scale of 1-10 where a score of: 9-10 is Promoter; 7-8 = is Passive; and 0-6 is Detractor. The “Net” score is calculated by subtracting the detractors from the promoters. According to a Temkin Group study in 2012 Companies with a NPS above 40% “have much higher purchase momentum and are poised to grab a lot of market share.” Industry Recognition. Industry experts are discovering that End-User IT Analytics bring value to virtually every discipline. In 2015 Nexthink’s End-user IT Analytics was awarded “Innovation of the Year” by the ITAM Review, the “Endpoint Security Award” at the Computing Vendor Excellence Awards, and “Best Security Project of the Year” by ComputerWeekly. Since its launch three years ago, Nexthink’s global partner program has received a 5-star rating by CRN.

Partner Momentum. Nexthink’s channel business continues to show strong momentum with 80% of Nexthink’s revenue through partners. In 2015, Nexthink strengthened strategic relationships with leading MSPs CompuCom, Getronics, HCL, Tech Mahindra and Wipro, and its reseller relationship with LANDESK as part of the LANDESK One program.
