On Wednesday, January 27, 2016, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission ("FTC (News - Alert)") filed a lawsuit against DeVry University, accusing the company of deceiving students about the likelihood that they would be able to find work upon graduation. Update: On Thursday, February 4, 2016, DeVry reported a fiscal second-quarter loss of $50.6 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier. On this news the Company's shares fell $2.31 per share, or over 10%, during intraday trading on February 5, 2016.
