Andersen Tax Welcomes Managing Director Keith Montante to Long Island Office


Andersen Tax announces Keith Montante as Managing Director in the Long Island office. Keith will be joining the Commercial Practice which is focused on accounting for income taxes under ASC (News - Alert) 740, federal and state income tax compliance, federal and state controversy matters, strategic tax planning and sales and use tax consulting. The Long Island team provides federal and state tax services to a broad range of middle market clients across many industries, including manufacturing, publishing, media and entertainment and software development.

Keith has over 18 years of experience providing professional services to publicly traded, closely held, and private equity-backed companies with both domestic and international operations.

Prio to Andersen Tax, Keith was with Grant Thornton (News - Alert) where he was a Managing Director in the firm's Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services practice. He specialized in accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 and helped develop standardized procedures for the firm's preparation and review of income tax provisions.

Keith received his BBA in Finance and Accounting from Hofstra University.
