New Peer Groups Hosted by Continuum and HTG Kick Off First Meetings

Continuum®, the IT management platform company, is kicking off the first meetings of its two exclusive peer groups - one for owners and one for network operations center (NOC (News - Alert)) managers of its MSP partners, in conjunction with HTG Peer Groups, on Wednesday, January 20, 2016. Run and facilitated by HTG, the purpose of the new peer groups is to encourage and enable partner growth, strengthen relationships and gain valuable insights into how Continuum's partners operate. The first meetings' content is focusing on partner scorecards.

WHAT: First Continuum Peer Group Meetings for Owners and NOC Managers

WHEN: Wednesday, January 20, 2016:

-- Continuum Peer Group for Owners - 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. EST

-- Continuum Peer Group for NOC Managers - 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST

"We expect these meetings to be a very beneficial avenue for the exchange of valuable information, learning and growing - for both Continuum and our participating MSP partners," said Jeanne Hopkins, Senior Vice President & CMO at Continuum. "We are delighted to be partnering with HTG as they have a successful model for operating peer groups and are highly regarded in the channel as the best peer group organization."

The groups are meeting once a month virtually for 11 months with a face-to-face meeting at Navigate 2016, taking place on Wednesday, September 28 - Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston. The next meetings are scheduled for Wednesday, February 10 and Wednesday, March 9, 2016.

The peer groups focus on four plans, including creating 1) a business plan, 2) a leadership plan, 3) a life plan which incorporates significant others into the process and 4) a legacy plan for business and personal life. The focus for the Peer Group for Owners in Q1 is developing core company values, defining clear vision and mission statements as well as establishing a company culture that motivates employees. The Peer Group for NOC Manager is focusing less on the business and leadership plans and is diving deeper into how to work better within their own business.

All Continuum Peer Group members use Continuum's IT management platform. The groups are Professional Services Automation (PSA) software agnostic.
