OMVS CEO: Remarkable 2015 Sets Stage for Even Brighter Future

On the Move Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: OMVS) President and CEO Robert Wilson issued the following open letter to stockholders today, celebrating the Company's tremendous progress in 2015 and giving insight as to what lies ahead in 2016:

Dear Stockholders,

The year now ending was a memorable one that saw our Company take great strides towards a successful and profitable future. Today I want to review with you several of the significant achievements we made in 2015 and take a sneak peek at what we have planned to come. I am confident our forward-looking business plan will reaffirm your faith in OMVS and that together we will soon enjoy the results of that strategy.

Shared Economy Trucking Platform Continues to Move Forward

OMVS has been working hard to develop a revolutionary new on-demand platform that promises to forever change the way truckers do business, much the same way Uber has altered the playing field for taxi services. In 2015, the Company signed an important letter of intent for design work on the online app. This key move represents a major milestone for OMVS as it brings us ever closer to making our vision a marketable reality.

As design work approaches, several trends are converging across the industry that validate our ongoing research and plans. First among these is the continued and growing reliance on trucking to move goods across this great country. The American Trucking Associations is predicting freight volumes will increase 29 percent by 2026. However, an ongoing driver shortage has many trucking executives fearing a capacity crunch that could slow shipments to customers. These two trends give OMVS a tremendous marketing opportunity, one we fully intend to exploit.

With increased demand for service and fewer drivers to operate trucks, logistics companies will be seeking innovative solutions to help them optimize routes and build effective networks. Our shared economy platform can provide an efficient technology-based solution for those key needs and as a result, we believe there will be a strong, sustainable marke for this platform once we bring it online.

OMVS Working to Develop On-Demand Courier Service

Just as the Company is seeking to revolutionize the trucking industry, OMVS also wants to set the pace in the rapid courier market. To that end, we are now looking to develop a shared economy courier service that would use an online app to enable customers to have their packages and papers delivered in hours via a flexible workforce of independent drivers.

Data shows there is a growing demand for such services and that businesses and the public alike are embracing the shared economy business model made popular by Uber, Airbnb and a number of other successful startups. Retailers are actively looking for cost-effective "last mile" solutions to get goods to customers. The new goal in retail is to reduce delivery times to near zero. As a result, businesses and customers alike are willing to consider options other than FedEx, UPS and USPS (News - Alert) - options that promise to get their packages and purchases to their destination with no delay. A major market survey recently revealed that three out of every four Americans asked said they were confident they would use a shared economy service within the next two years. These data show there is a definite need and desire for a courier service like the one we are currently developing.

What's Ahead?

As we transition to a new year, the one thing that won't change is our commitment to building revenue streams and increasing shareholder value. We will continue design work on the on-demand trucking platform and expand our search for companies to join its ever-expanding network. On the courier side, we will look for suitable markets to launch a service, concentrating on an area's demographics, economic potential and willingness to embrace new ways of doing business. Finally, we will keep our eyes and ears open for exciting new opportunities in other fields that could help us meet our revenue and shareholder value goals.

In closing, I want to thank you for your support and faith in the Company and its plan. This past year was one of tremendous progress and I believe 2016 holds even brighter things ahead. The best is yet to come.

Warmest Regards,

Robert Wilson - President and CEO, On the Move Systems, Inc.
