Antuit Acquires AuriQ Systems' Japanese BusinessAntuit, a global Big Data solutions company, today announced the acquisition of AuriQ Systems Co., Ltd. ("AuriQ"), a Japanese subsidiary of AuriQ Systems, Inc., a leading provider of data management software solutions that help enterprises, datacenters and e-businesses increase revenue and reduce operation costs. Once complete, Antuit will integrate into its portfolio AuriQ's suite of data management solutions including Essentia, the company's flagship product that helps companies manage, process and analyze vast amounts of unstructured, semi-structured and structured data. Essentia is a cloud-based solution designed to address common issues when working with big, complex and/or dark data. It is optimized to work with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft (News - Alert) Azure.
