Women in Technology Opens Nominations For The 17th Annual Leadership Awards


Women in Technology (WIT), the premier organization contributing to the success of professional women in the Washington, D.C.-area technology community, today announced the call for nominations for the 17th Annual Leadership Awards. Nominations will be accepted until December 11, 2015.

This annual awards program identifies, recognizes and celebrates female professionals who are leaders in a number of technology fields and who bring unique vision talent and impact to the industry, while supporting their community. Both WIT members and non-members are eligible for nominations and winners will be announced at the Leadership Awards Banquet on May 19, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency in Reston, VA.

"The Annual WIT Leadership Awards celebrates some of the most accomplished women in the technology industry, recognizing their trail-blazing impact on the technology field," said Lisa Dezzutti, President of WIT. "Together, these women have innovated and guided their organizations to help achieve success throughout the last year, so whether a small firm or large public sector organization, we want to honor them."
