CEA Heads to the Big Apple to Host Fall Event Series

The second annual CEA Innovate! conference will be held November 8-10 at the Grand Hyatt in New York. From disruptors and startups to the most established brands, CEA Innovate! connects the consumer technology industry around the theme of fostering innovation in companies of all sizes. Key topics include 5 Technology Trends to Watch, Next Gen TV, IoT- Today's Reality and Tomorrow's Applications and device and network security. Luncheon keynote addresses will be presented by Mark Randall, serial entrepreneur and chief strategist, vice president of creativity at Adobe (News - Alert) and David Pogue, founding editor-in-chief, Yahoo Tech and host of PBS' NOVA ScienceNow.

On Monday, November 9, in conjunction with CEA Innovate!, the CE Hall of Fame Dinner will recognize eight new inductees for their contributions to the consumer electronics industry. The dinner will be held at Gotham Hall at 6 PM.

On Tuesday, November 10, CES Unveiled New York will launch its 11th year in the Big Apple (News - Alert) with a half-day event designed to give a sneak peek at this year's most innovative products and technologies just two months before CES 2016. Starting at 3 PM, a CES (News - Alert) press conference will dive into industry trends, highlight CEA's Holiday Sales and End-of-Year Trend Analysis report, reveal show announcements, and recognize the CES 2016 Best of Innovation Awards Honorees. Following, the exhibitor showcase and networking reception will feature demonstrations of some of the year's most exciting products, trends and technologies. View highlights from last year's event.

Following CES Unveiled New York, CEA will showcase Hi-Res Audio (HRA) from 8-9:30 PM at the Yamaha (News - Alert) Artist Services in New York. The special listening session will feature a live musical performance by Frederic Chiu, distribution of CEA's new consumer guide for HRA and a discussion with industry experts and music engineers on the benefits of HRA.
