Satellite Healthcare Names Estrella Parker Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer


Satellite Healthcare, a leading national not-for-profit and the 7th largest provider of patient-centered dialysis and kidney disease services, announced today it has appointed Estrella Parker Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Parker brings with her more than 20 years of experience in human resource leadership and business transformation roles within major healthcare and international Fortune 500 companies.

Parker will be the executive team member responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to maximize employee engagement and contribution while driving human resource function excellence. She will oversee all human resource functions and programs including compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, organization development, training and development, workforce planning, and human resources information systems. Satellite is a 1,700+ employee organization that operates nearly 90 in-center dialysis and home therapy facilities in six states.

Parker comes to Satellite Healthcare after a decade with The Clorox Company, where as a member of the Human Resources Executive Team she most recently served as Senior Director, HR Global Solutions and HR Global Business Partnership. During her tenure, she had overseen several aspects of Human Resources function leadership to support the company's Business Strategies and Operations. Prior to joining The Clorox Company she served as Vice President, Human Resources and Human Resources Transformation Program Integration at Kaiser Permanente; and National Director, Strategic Change at The Prudential Insurance Co.

Parker holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines.
