TMBC Customer Momentum Fuels Addition of Josh Schwede as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Based in Chicago, Schwede leads the company's sales and marketing teams, working to expand TMBC's leadership in the disruption of "employee engagement and performance status quo" by focusing on the power of the team leader.

Schwede joins TMBC after a career-long focus catalyzing growth and propelling startup HR tech providers into game-changing industry leaders. At HireRight, he served as Director of Business Development, where h created a partner and alliance ecosystem that helped the company aggressively expand and eventually go public, joining NASDAQ in 2007. From there, he was recruited to be an original member of HireVue's leadership team as Vice President of Business Development, helping create the digital interviewing market category and growing the company to more than 500 customers. His most recent endeavor was as Executive Vice President at QUEsocial, working with leaders such as HP, Enterprise Holdings and United Health Group, and solidifying the tech provider as a leader in social talent acquisition. Schwede holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management.
