Continuum's RMM Gets Remote Management Functionality Boost with Intel® vPro™ Technology

Navigate 2015 - Sept. 28, 2015 - Continuum®, the industry's only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, has included Intel® vPro™ technology in its intelligent Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform. Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners now have free access to a powerful lights out management solution that includes Remote Power Management capabilities as well as Keyboard, Video & Mouse (KVM) control, allowing them to perform PC asset maintenance and repairs remotely, regardless of the PC's power state or operating system (OS).

"Continuum has a track record of building a product that stays ahead of us and exceeds our abilities, which supports our growth," said Matt Middlestetter, Owner, Compex, Inc. "The integration of Intel (News - Alert) vPro technology remote capabilities is a great example of that - enabling us to do more within the Continuum platform and deliver more value to our customers. Continuum has been very loyal in terms of how they support us and enable our success."

Using Continuum's RMM with integrated Intel vPro technology, MSPs have the ability to remotely monitor, manage and repair their clients' PC assets, regardless of whether the OS is running - even when the system has crashed or is corrupted. With KVM control, MSPs simply conect to an unresponsive Windows PC and start a remote console session to diagnose and repair the machine without impacting the user.

"With the Intel vPro integration, we are expanding our RMM platform to include increased lights out management functionality at no additional cost that allows our MSP partners to reduce onsite technical visits, decreasing labor costs and travel expenses, while resolving issues faster and increasing productivity," said Mary Crogan, Director, Product Marketing at Continuum. "At Continuum, our product decisions are driven solely by a desire to help increase our MSP partners' margins, profitability and client satisfaction. Integrating Intel vPro technology with our RMM platform to expand remote access capabilities for our MSPs delivers on these promises."

Lights out management capabilities help MSPs resolve issues faster, operate more efficiently, reduce their clients' downtime and increase user satisfaction. The Continuum RMM solution with Intel vPro technology will be showcased at Navigate 2015, Continuum's user conference on Sunday, September 27 - Tuesday, September 29, 2015 in Las Vegas.
