AppDynamics AppSphere 2015 Speaker Roster Announced - David Kirkpatrick, Renowned Tech Journalist and Techonomy CEO, is Headliner

AppDynamics, a leading application intelligence company, today announced the speakers for AppDynamics AppSphere™ 2015. Following its blockbuster inaugural in 2014, this second annual user conference brings together a captivating, eclectic mix of top industry thought leaders, business executives, and IT operations teams focused on business and IT optimization through the use of application intelligence and application performance management. The conference will be held November 30-December 4 at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas.

The AppSphere 2015 theme is "Advantage," focusing on how businesses can gain a competitive advantage and flourish in a software-defined world. Attendees are invited to explore the future of application software through interactive sessions and demos, live on-site workshops, and networking opportunities. The presentations and complimentary training (which typically run between $400-$2,400) will include discussions around innovation in financial services technology, SaaS at scale, the business impact of mobile performance, optimizing business decision-making through analytics, and supporting DevOps through collaboration and a unified toolkit.

Attendees will experience four exciting days of disruptive technology, innovation, and education. In addition to comprehensive trainings, the conference will showcase an all-star cast of speakers and panelists from some of the world's leading companies, such as Docker, Tesla, and Gannett. Panelists will discuss cutting-edge technology like the Internet of Things, and how companies can integrate application performance solutions to deliver an exceptional end-user experience.

This year's keynote speakers include some of technology's top influencers: David Kirkpatrick, author, journalist, and CEO of Techonomy Media; and Scott Hanselman, principal program manager lead at Microsoft (News - Alert).

David Kirkpatrick is scheduled to speak on Thursday, December 3 at 9:00 a.m. PT. His keynote will highlight the technological disruption behind today's software-defined businesses, in addition to discussions on future trends and challenges affecting AppDynamics customers. Customers will be encouraged to join the stage and participate in a panel discussion.

Scott Hanselman, principal program manager lead of the Microsoft Developer Division, is scheduled to speak on Tuesday, December 1 at 11:15 a.m. PT. His presentation will concentrate on JavaScript and the rise of the new virtual machine. Hanselman will dive into the evolution of programming languages, exploring the relationship between the cloud and the browser, looking at both current state and what's next. A longtime web developer, Hanselman works for Microsoft as the principal community architect for web platform and tools.

These speakers are in addition to existing keynote presenters from the AppDynamics' executive team, including CEO and Founder Jyoti Bansal, and Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Management Bhaskar Sunkara.
