Icertis Names Engineering VP, Advancing Innovation

BELLEVUE, Wash., Sept. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Icertis, the leader in enterprise contract lifecycle management, announced today the appointment of Nikesh Jain as the company's Vice President of Engineering. Nikesh brings nearly two decades of experience in building highly scalable platforms and complex software systems to Icertis.

In his role, Nikesh will be responsible for managing the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform and providing thought leadership around ways to make the product even stronger. Before joining Icertis, Nikesh worked as the Director of Engineering for Ariba (an SAP Company), where he was responsible for managing a host of Ariba Spend Management products on the Ariba Commerce Cloud. Prior to that, he worked at Yahoo! where he managed and contributed to Yahoo! Video transcoding and the Yahoo! Geo Platform. Nikesh also worked at AOL, where he developed the AOL Travel Guide, which was awarded the fastest portal in travel category portals at that time. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Indore and MBA in Marketing from IBS, Hyderabad.
