Shandle started her telecommunication career with AT&T Wireless and later joined Nextlink-XO Communications advancing her career and joining their leadership team.  Most recently, she was the Director of Channel Sales at PSI Networks where she recruited over 50 new agents in her first year with the company and achieved President's Club with over a quarter million dollars in sales.
