CareTech Solutions' President and CEO Named Vice Chairman of Ascension Michigan's Board of DirectorsCareTech Solutions, an information technology (IT) and Web products and services provider for U.S. hospitals and health systems, today announced the appointment of its President and Chief Executive Officer, Jim Giordano, to the board of directors for Ascension Michigan. He was named vice chairman of the board and chair of the finance committee. Ascension Michigan is a new market board to the Ascension Healthcare System, the nation's largest nonprofit health system and the world's largest Catholic healthcare system. This is a fiduciary board that serves as the governance body for the 14 hospitals in the system.
