GI Partners Announces Acquisition of 10828 NW Airworld Drive in Kansas City, MissouriSAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- GI Partners today announced that it has completed the acquisition of 10828 NW Airworld Drive located in Kansas City, Missouri. The acquisition was made through DataCore, L.P. ("DataCore"), a $500 million fully discretionary core real estate fund managed by GI Partners. 10828 NW Airworld Drive is a data center facility comprised of 78,000 square feet developed in 1982 and renovated in 2009, 2012 and 2015. The property is located southeast adjacent to the Kansas City International Airport. The property is fully leased on a long-term basis by a respected cloud and managed services provider.
