Shareablee Social Scorecard Reveals Top Ten Primetime TV Shows for Q2 2015NEW YORK, July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading social media benchmarking and predictive analytics firm, Shareablee Inc., released the Q2 2015 Primetime TV Rankings Edition of its Shareablee Social Scorecard. The rankings reflect a 3 percent growth year over year in social engagement across primetime broadcast and cable shows, compared to a 38 percent growth for all U.S. brands during the same period. Pretty Little Liars dominates the social rankings and primetime cable shows capturing 14 percent of all interactions in Q2 2015. Grey's Anatomy leads primetime broadcast shows with a 33 percent growth driven by a 136 percent spike on Instagram and 49 percent increase on Twitter. Lip Sync Battle was the most socially engaged new TV series during Q2 2015, with 1.6 million total social actions reflecting a 14 percent share of voice among all new TV series. Among the Top Ten US Primetime TV Shows, The Kelly File saw the largest growth year over year, with an increase of 412 percent overall, driven by a 418 percent growth on Facebook. The Kelly File is the only news primetime show in the Top Ten. HLN's Nancy Grace received the most social amplification (sum of shares and retweets), capturing 16 percent of shares received by all primetime TV shows in Q2 2015. Discovery's Alaskan Bush People earned the highest loyalty among social audiences with an average 67 percent returning engagers on Twitter, outperforming the average 18 percent. TV shows account for 16 percent of engagement across all social platforms with 2.2 billion actions total in Q2 2015—1.7 billion actions on Facebook (up 34 percent), 93 million on Twitter (up 33 percent), 385 million on Instagram (up 110 percent).
