Investor Alert: AF&T Announces the Filing of a Securities Fraud Class Action Against LifeLock, Inc.

Abraham, Fruchter & Twersky, LLP announces that a securities fraud class action has been filed against LifeLock (News - Alert), Inc. ("LifeLock" or the "Company") (NYSE:LOCK) and certain of its senior executives in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona (the "Court").

The case alleges that the defendants made materially false or misleading statements with respect to the Company's compliance with a 2010 settlement with the Federal Trade Commission ("FTC (News - Alert)"). On July 21, 2015, the FTC revealed that LifeLock had been in violation of the settlement by making deceptive claims about its identity theft protection services and by failing to protect its users' personal data.

The lawsuit is brought on behalf of a class (the "Class") of investors who purchased shares of LifeLock betweenJuly 30, 2014 and July 20, 2015, inclusive (the "Class Period"). If you are a member of the Class and wish to serve as a lead plaintiff, then you must move the Court no later than September 21, 2015. You are, however, under no obligation to move for appointment as lead plaintiff.
