Strategic Partnership to Improve Overall Delivery of Medicaid Managed Care in NCCardinal Innovations Healthcare and Trillium Health Resources have reached a significant milestone in an innovative Information Technology partnership, successfully bringing Trillium onto Cardinal Innovations' integrated business platform, Cardinal Innovations (CI) Enterprise.
