SPA Awarded ATSS ContractALEXANDRIA, Va., July 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) has been awarded a fixed-price, cost reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract titled Analytical and Technical Support Services (ATSS). The award is to provide professional and executive-level mission support services, technical support, technical studies, and research and development projects for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics. SPA will compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.
