SPA Awarded ATSS Contract


ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) has been awarded a fixed-price, cost reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract titled Analytical and Technical Support Services (ATSS). The award is to provide professional and executive-level mission support services, technical support, technical studies, and research and development projects for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics.

SPA will prime the contract with sub-contractors including: CommIT Enterprises, Inc., Compass, Inc., Computer Systems Center Incorporated, General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc., Innovative Management Concepts, Inc., Knowledge Advantage, Inc., Lone Star Aerospace, Inc., Mirus Technology LLC, Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), Scientific Research Corporation, Scitor Corporation, STARGATES, INC., The Red Gate Group, Limited, and URS Federal Services, Inc.

SPA will compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. The aggregate not-to-exceed value of the ATSS contract is $300 million.
