The same day and on the proposal of the Selection, Ethics and Governance Committee, the Combined General Meeting appointed Jean-Marc Lazzari as Chief Executive Officer of Axway, following the expiry of the term of office as director of Christophe Fabre. At the Combined General Meeting held on June 22, 2015, Axway's Shareholders decided to renew the directorships of Ms. Kathleen Clark Bracco and Ms. Véronique de La Bachelerie, as well as those of Messrs. Pierre Pasquier, Hervé Déchelette, Pascal Imbert, Hervé Saint Sauveur and Yves de Talhouët. The Board of Directors, meeting the same day, renewed its confidence in its Chairman, Pierre Pasquier and Vice-Chairman, Kathleen Clark Bracco. During this meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Jean-Marc Lazzari to Axway's Executive Management.
