Intel Security, NHL, Coca-Cola and Misfit Wearables join GMIC New York

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- GWC Inc. announces new speakers, a special co-presented case study by Coca-Cola & Misfit Wearables and an exciting new product release by Rumble at the inaugural GMIC New York conference taking place on June 11, 2015 at Chelsea Pier in New York City.

With events around the globe, from Beijing to San Francisco, Tokyo to Bangalore and Jakarta to Taipei, GMIC is where the mobile community gathers to learn about the latest innovations and connect with industry thought leaders. Registration is open. Visit nyc.thegmic.com to learn more. Qualified press and industry analysts are invited to sign-up for a complimentary Media Pass.

Mobile technologies have transformed the business landscape giving companies the ability to connect with customers in powerful ways. GMIC New York brings to the stage User Experience experts and innovators. This week they are announcing new speakers:

Gary Davis is the Chief Consumer Security Evangelist for Intel Security. Through a consumer lens, he works closely with internal teams to drive strategic alignment of products with the needs of security space. Gary oversees Intel Security online safety education to educate businesses and consumers by distilling complex security topics into easily understandable and actionable advice.

<>Matt Restivo, the Director of Product Development for the NHL, will be speaking about how to master mobile engagement. Matt creates and improves the NHL user experience across multiple digital platforms, including NHL apps and NHL.com. He's currently focused on providing a greater experience for the hockey fan on the go, at home and in the arena.

In addition to these new speakers, Coca-Cola and Misfit Wearables will be co-presenting a case study on their unique partnership. In late 2014 Coca-Cola launched a global initiative aimed at providing personalized support, social engagement and accessible resources to over 60,000 employees. As part of this effort, Coca-Cola partnered with Virgin Pulse to provide an activity tracking and engagement platform. Employees were offered Misfit Shine devices as the activity tracker to sync with the platform. This case study presentation will share how together Coca-Cola and Misfit have partnered to encourage healthy living--connecting users via an iconic brand they know and love and utilizing innovative technology and design to introduce the power of personal activity and sleep data.

GMIC New York is thrilled to be the event platform for Rumble to announce their new product launch. Rumble, the NY-based provider of The Smart Mobile Management System for publishers, will be announcing the launch of Project X, two new products focused on giving publishers more insight and control of their mobile properties in order to drive greater return on mobile business.
