Sitel Hiring 200 New Agents in Omaha

Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, today announced it is actively expanding its customer experience center in Omaha. This increase entails hiring 200 new customer experience professionals to support an expanding global satellite TV client. The newly hired Omaha associates will provide inbound customer care support along with selling additional features and programs.

In an effort to recruit new employees, Sitel is working closely with the community and colleges. The company will host onsite job fairs every Monday in May from 10:0 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Sitel's location at 7720 Crown Point Avenue.
