InfoZen Awarded DHS EAGLE II, Acquires GSA Alliant GWAC

BETHESDA, Md., April 14, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- InfoZen, a leading cloud broker and provider of agile software development and mission-critical IT services to the Federal Government, today announced that the company has been selected as a prime contractor for the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE II) contract vehicle, and has acquired a General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

DHS seected InfoZen as one of multiple prime contractors for the EAGLE II indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to compete to provide a full range of information technology (IT) services on the Unrestricted Track of Functional Category 1, which encompasses integration, software design/development, and operations and maintenance support. The multiple-award contract has a five-year period of performance and one two-year option. 

InfoZen also recently acquired a GSA Alliant contract vehicle and will compete with other members of the Alliant program to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies by empowering them with existing and emerging technologies through a simplified acquisition process. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract is valid through 2019.
